These terms apply to all customers, visitors, and users of our website and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our site or purchasing from 143MTD, you acknowledge that:

You have read and understood these Terms of Service

You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
You have the legal authority to place orders with us

2. Custom Products & Production

All products sold by 143MTD are custom-printed to order, including:

DTF Gang Sheets
Custom DTF Transfers
Glitter DTF Transfers
UV DTF Hard-Substrate Transfers
Sublimation Prints

Because custom products are created based on your submitted artwork, we cannot reuse or resell them. As a result:

All Sales Are Final.

Please review your artwork and order details carefully before submitting.

3. Artwork Submission Responsibilities

When submitting artwork, you agree that:

✔ You own the rights to the design

143MTD is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations.
If you upload copyrighted material, you are fully responsible.

✔ Artwork must meet our file requirements

You accept that we print exactly what is submitted, including:

Incorrect sizes
Low-resolution images
Unwanted backgrounds
CMYK color files that shift in print
Mirrored or rotated artwork
Pixelation caused by small images

Files that fail to meet requirements do not qualify for refunds or reprints.

4. Color & Print Variations

Due to differences in:

Digital displays
RGB screen colors vs. DTF ink output
Pressing conditions
Heat press accuracy
Fabric type

Minor color variations are normal and expected.

These do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for refunds or reprints.

5. Order Processing & Turnaround Time

Turnaround times vary and depend on:

Order volume
Print type
Production queue
Artwork issues
Customer response time

All turnaround estimates are approximations, not guarantees.

Delays caused by shipping carriers, artwork corrections, missing information, or high-volume periods do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are in USD. Payments must be made in full at checkout.

We accept:

Credit/Debit cards
Shop Pay / Shopify Payments
PayPal (if enabled)
Other approved payment processors

You authorize 143MTD to charge your payment method for all orders placed.

We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is handled by USPS, UPS, or other carriers.

Once your order is shipped:

Tracking will be sent via email
Delivery time is controlled by the carrier, not by 143MTD
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages must be claimed through the carrier

143MTD is not responsible for:

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
Packages marked as delivered but not received
Delays caused by carrier errors, weather, or holidays

We will assist you with filing a claim when possible.

8. Returns, Refunds & Reprints

Because all products are custom-made, returns are not accepted.

Reprints are only provided when:

The print is defective due to our error
The wrong item was sent
The print quality issue is confirmed on our end

Situations NOT eligible for reprints:

Customer artwork errors
Low-resolution images submitted
Mirrored or incorrectly sized files
Pressing or heat application issues
Color variations due to CMYK formatting
Misuse, mishandling, or improper care

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services to:

Upload or submit illegal, harmful, or defamatory content
Submit artwork you do not have rights to
Interfere with or disrupt website security
Gain unauthorized access to any system
Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

Violation of these rules may result in refusal of service and potential legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on 143mtd.com, including:

Text
Images
Product descriptions
Graphics
Logos
Website layout

is the exclusive property of 143MTD and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

Customer-uploaded artwork remains the property of the customer.

11. Limitation of Liability

143MTD is not responsible for:

Loss of revenue due to delays
Incorrect pressing results
Damages caused by customer equipment
Color differences between screens and prints
Customer mistakes during ordering or uploading

Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the defective portion of your order.

12. Account Information

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for:

Maintaining confidentiality of your login details
Ensuring all information is accurate
Updating details when necessary

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

13. Policy Changes
