Shipping Policy
At 143MTD, we work hard to ensure your transfers are printed, packaged, and shipped quickly and securely. Because every order is custom-made, our shipping process is designed to deliver your products efficiently while maintaining the highest print quality.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped, how tracking works, and what to do if your package is delayed, lost, or damaged.
1. Order Processing Time
All products sold by 143MTD — including DTF Gang Sheets, Custom DTF Transfers, Glitter DTF, UV DTF, and Sublimation Prints — are custom printed to order.
Standard Processing Time:
2–4 business days, depending on order volume.
Your processing time begins once:
- Your order is placed
- Artwork is successfully uploaded
- Your payment is completed
- Your file passes artwork requirements
Order volume may affect processing times
During high-volume seasons (holidays, weekends, major events), processing times may extend slightly.
Processing time does NOT include weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Methods
We currently ship through:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS
- Occasionally other trusted carriers
At checkout, you may choose from several shipping options based on availability, including:
- First Class
- Priority Mail
- UPS Ground
- UPS 2-Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air (if enabled)
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your address and package weight.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order has been printed, packaged, and scanned by the shipping carrier, you will receive an email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your shipment
- Confirmation that your package is on its way
Tracking may take 12–24 hours to update after the shipping carrier receives the package.
If you did not receive tracking:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify the email entered during checkout
- Contact us with your name and order number
4. Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery time depends entirely on the carrier and method chosen at checkout.
Estimated timelines:
- USPS First Class: 3–7 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days
- UPS Ground: 1–5 business days
- UPS 2-Day Air: 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day
These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
Carrier delays, weather issues, scanning errors, or routing changes are outside of our control.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your package is accepted by USPS or UPS, 143MTD is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages
- Incorrect delivery scans
- Delivered-but-missing packages
- Items sent to the wrong address due to customer error
If a package is marked delivered but not received:
- Check with neighbors, household members, or building staff
- Check behind porches, stairs, mailboxes, or hidden areas
- Wait 24 hours — USPS often updates scans late
- Contact the carrier directly to open a missing package inquiry
143MTD cannot replace or refund orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
For lost packages:
- Contact USPS or UPS to file a claim
- Provide your tracking number
- They will investigate the issue
We will assist you with claim documentation if needed.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are fully responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you entered an incorrect address:
- Contact us immediately
- If the order has not shipped, we can update the address
- If the order has already shipped, we cannot change it
Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations will require:
- Additional shipping fees to resend
- A valid corrected address
We do not refund orders shipped to addresses incorrectly provided by the customer.
7. Damaged Packages or Products
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photos of the outer packaging
- Take photos of the damaged product(s)
- Email them to orders@143mtd.com with your order number
We will review the issue and determine the best solution.
If damage occurred in transit, you may need to file a carrier claim.
8. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple products or large quantities, it may ship in separate packages.
You will receive tracking numbers for each shipment.
9. International Shipping
At this time, 143MTD primarily ships within the United States.
If you require international shipping, please contact us before placing an order.
10. Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available depending on scheduling and production volume.
Please contact us before selecting or requesting pickup arrangements.
11. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was made entirely by 143MTD.
If the carrier returns a package due to:
- Incorrect address
- Refusal of delivery
- Inability to complete delivery
The customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
