Refund policy
At 143MTD, every transfer, gang sheet, and printed product is custom-made specifically for your order. Because each item is produced on demand and tailored to your submitted artwork, we follow a strict return and refund policy to protect both you and our workflow.
This policy ensures fairness, transparency, and clarity for all customers.
Please review the details below before placing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final (Custom Products)
Since all DTF Transfers, Glitter DTF, UV DTF, Sublimation Prints, and DTF Gang Sheets are printed to order, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has entered production.
This applies to:
- DTF Gang Sheets
- Custom DTF Transfers
- Glitter DTF Transfers
- UV DTF Hard-Substrate Wraps
- Sublimation Prints
- Any artwork or custom-printed product
Custom-produced items cannot be resold or reused; therefore, they are not eligible for general returns.
2. Our Responsibility: Defective or Incorrect Prints
We take pride in delivering high-quality, accurate prints. However, if you receive an item that is:
- Misprinted due to our error
- Damaged during the printing process
- Incorrect based on what you uploaded
- Contains quality defects caused by production
We will reprint or replace the defective item at no cost.
To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the defective print
- A short explanation of the issue
We will review your case and issue a replacement if the defect is confirmed.
3. Customer Responsibility: Artwork & File Issues
143MTD prints exactly what is submitted.
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by incorrect artwork preparation, including but not limited to:
- Low-resolution artwork
- Blurry, pixelated, or distorted images
- Incorrect sizing
- CMYK artwork that prints differently
- White backgrounds not removed
- Mirrored or flipped artwork
- Wrong colors due to customer color profiles
- File uploaded in the wrong format
- Transparent areas submitted incorrectly
- Copyrighted material provided by customer
- Wrong gang sheet layout created by the customer
- Multiple files uploaded at once resulting in ZIP files
Please refer to our Artwork Guidelines page for proper file preparation.
If the artwork was uploaded incorrectly, it does not qualify for refund or reprint.
4. Pressing & Application Issues
143MTD is not responsible for results caused by incorrect pressing methods or equipment issues.
This includes:
- Wrong temperature
- Inaccurate heat press calibration
- Low pressure
- Moisture in garment
- Peeling too early or too late
- Over-pressing or under-pressing
- Press marks, scorching, or garment damage
We provide detailed DTF Pressing Instructions, and it is the customer’s responsibility to follow them.
Prints that fail due to incorrect pressing do not qualify for replacement.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once:
- The file has been uploaded
- The order has entered production
- The gang sheet has been created
- Printing has started
Orders may only be canceled before production begins, and at the discretion of our team.
Once we begin processing your artwork, the order becomes final.
6. Wrong Item or Missing Item
In rare cases where an incorrect item or quantity is sent, we will immediately correct the mistake.
To resolve this quickly, contact us within 48 hours with:
- Order number
- Photos of the item(s) received
- Description of what is missing or incorrect
We will ship the corrected items promptly.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages (Shipping Carrier Issues)
Once your order is handed to USPS or UPS, we are no longer responsible for transit delays or lost packages.
However, we will help you file a claim with the carrier if:
- The package never arrives
- The package arrives damaged
- The package is marked delivered but not received
We recommend contacting the carrier directly first, then contacting us with the claim number so we can assist further.
Shipping issues do not qualify for refunds on custom products.
8. Color Variations
Because monitors, phones, and screens display colors differently, slight color variations are normal.
Also, DTF printing uses a unique ink process different from CMYK printers or sublimation systems.
Color variations due to:
- Screen display differences
- RGB-to-print shift
- Artwork inconsistencies
Do not qualify for refunds or reprints.
9. Turnaround Time & Rush Deadlines
We provide estimated production times; however, delays may occur due to:
- High-volume periods
- Equipment maintenance
- Artwork issues
- Customer delay in responding
Turnaround times are not guaranteed and do not qualify for refunds.
10. How to Contact Us for Issues
If you believe your order qualifies for a reprint due to a true printing error, contact us within 48 hours.
Provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos
- Description of the issue
