Custom Acrylic Patches

Great quality acrylic patches!  These are great to put on hat or jackets!

These patches do come with an adhesive backing.  No need for sewing, but you may if you insist.

Your file needs to be uploaded in colors to correspond with your file.

Your image should be high resolution, preferably in a vector file format (SVG, AI, etc) which allows us to easily convert it to a cut file.

If your file is not considered high res or needs significant work there may be an additional charge of $15 to adjust your artwork.

For example –

Dual Color Acrylic

If you are ordering the Orange/Black Acrylic Patch – Your file will need to be Orange and Black – Orange represents the patch color – Black represents what we will engrave.

Tri Color Acrylic
If you are ordering the White/Red/Blue Acrylic Patch – Your file will need to be  White/Red/Blue – White represents the patch color – Red represents what we will engrave in red. Blue represents what we will engrave in blue .

Please be sure your image is scaled width x height – We will not skew your design by changing the width vs height ratio.

Please be sure to order based on your widest or tallest measurement.

EXAMPLE If you have a 2.75 wide image and its 3.75 tall, you will need to order the 3.75 size.

We will ensure your image stays the same ratio and fill the area to the fullest height or width, which ever is possible first.

Heat Press Settings:
IQ setting: Top 280°F / Bottom 320°F for 45 seconds
Single Platen: 300°F for 50 seconds.

Yes, the adhesive will be bubbly on the back of the panel, as acrylic is nonporous and the functionality of the adhesive will not be affected.
